Local MCA Aspirant Anthony Saidimu Ole Merinyo leads a couple of youths to donate foodstuff and house-ware to the families recently affected by fire at Kamukunji area in Oloitokitok.

The fire that broke out on 5th July 2016 has left three families adversely affected and several others shifting from the ruins of their houses.

It is alleged that the fire broke

It is alleged that the cause of the fire was due to a charcoal jiko that was left unattended. This left one house completely burnt as the wooden walls of the other houses were also burnt.

It is with this that the youth in Oloitokitok pioneered a visit and garnered funds from well-wishers to support the three needy families.

Lead by the young Kuku Ward aspirant, Anthony Saidimu Ole Merinyo, the youth also donated towards the affected families.
